1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and t2bet ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator operating the website at t2bet.cam and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you following successful identity verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to withdrawal of any remaining balance and completion of pending transactions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and t2bet regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from t2bet. t2bet may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent.

12.4 Waiver

t2bet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of t2bet.

t2bet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
